Today was pretty boring actually.
Classes were classes.
Went over to Taylor's after class ew4gft.
Oh, and the error right there is because Taylor slapped the laptop.
Crazy kids.
We basically just sat around and watched various TV shows while I studied.
After some being lazy, we went out to the hot tub again, and it was pretty awesome.
It was pretty hot. Shocking, right?
It was also quite cold afterwards.
Then we went out to King Sooper's to get some foods!
I bought some chicken and a drink for about $4.50, and she got some lunchables and donuts!
And that's really it. We went back to her house, and we've been sitting there since!
I'm pretty much passing out on her couch tonight.
Ah I have a test tomorrow. I'm so not excited.
Well, I've done studying, so I think I'm almost ready.
I'm going to keep studying until I go.
Ah well.

2/27- Na-na-na-na-na! Cheese steak.
These are the songs of the day.
I've had You Make Me Feel stuck in my head all evening.
I had class.. Class.
One of these days, something important is going to happen in class.
BUT TODAY IS NOT THAT DAY.
I think I've used that line before.
Oh well.
After class, I drove home, showered, and went over to Taylor's.
I've made it a goal to get at least 2 hours of studying in every day.
So ideally, every time we hang out, the first 2 hours will be me studying.
Then another hour will be thrown in there at some point.
Today, I went through my notes and read through the chapters that are going to be on my Logic test on Friday.
I'm glad I did that. I feel a lot more prepared.
Tomorrow, I shall continue this trend, and get even more studying done.
I've been going through drumming withdrawals!
It sucks!
My iPod is totally messed up, so it's hard to listen to music on it, let alone drum.
Taylor says that she wants to see me drum some time, so maybe she will.
I mean, HER iPod works, so I might just use hers a couple times.
After we studied, we headed out to Old Town to find some dinner.
We planned on going around Old Town to find food, but it was about 9, so everything was basically closed.
But we went down to Taste of Philly and split a large Cheese Steak and some lemonade.
It was delicious, considering my breakfast was 4 donuts.
Then we went to TCBY to get some ice cream. Because nothing beats the cold like ice cream.
We tend to... Get about 40% ice cream and 60% toppings.
Still delicious!
And we ended the night by going to my house and watching some Family Guy, then we started The Emperor's New Groove, but she heard David Spade's voice and we switched to The Benchwarmers.
Hilarious movie.
That was basically it!
Now I'm listening to the songs I posted up there and smelling...

2/26- Awkward speech, donuts, dreamworks!
Well, today was an adventure.
Let's start with Speech class.
I had a speech about the Hennessey Venom GT that I was going to give.
Well, I still gave it.
But.. Wasn't as good as I wanted it to be.
I was really, really prepared.
I had the timing down and everything.
I started a new medication a while back, stuff to help me wake up, get me a little more motivated, and all-around to just help with that depression.
It works fairly well.
There's a side effect that I knew of, but didn't know how bad it was.
Occasionally, my jaw.. Locks up.
I'm in the middle of a word, a sentence, phrase, anything.
But my throat just stops letting me talk.
It's really frustrating.
It happen quite a few times during my speech, and it was horrible, compared to how it sounded when I practiced.
It was a bad start to my day.
In Environmental Psychology, we had a guest that completely flew over my head.
He gave a lecture on Global Warming for about an hour.
It was so.. Confusing.
He used so many big terms and assumed that we knew stuff that I didn't even know about.
I tried to pay attention.
But he flipped through graphs, charts, terms, he flew through his presentation very quickly.
I barely got the idea of what he was saying!
I hated it.
After class, I went home and played some Call of Duty for a bit.
Taylor had work at 6 this morning until 12:30, so by the time I was home, she had been asleep for a while.
However, I didn't text her until she texted me. I didn't want to wake her up!
We went off to Ross to do some clothes shopping.
I didn't find anything, but she found some shirts and a new pair of shoes!
After Ross, we visited the mall, but didn't find anything there either.
So we went back to her place where we dropped off her clothes, and got to our house!
We watched El Dorado, a Dreamworks movie that I had never seen before.
It was a pretty awesome movie! But I had to point out a couple historical inaccuracies that were there.
At least, I think they were. Not sure.
But anyway.
I dropped her off about an hour ago.
It was about 1 when she went home.
Both of us thought it was about 11.
So we were a little off.
I'm listening to some Mt. Eden and reading over History notes.
I'm sleepy!

2/25- Sick! Hooray!
Yeah I feel pretty sick.
Not exactly what I wanted to feel today, but hey. It happens.
I ended up waking up, then going back to sleep for my first class.
I really did not want to go. So I slept in and went to my next one instead.
Psychology and Philosophy were not that bad!
Took notes and such.
After class, I came home and got comfy and basically sat around for a bit.
Did some reading and studying.
Then I went to Taylor's and hung out with her for the evening.
There was a major issue with her checking account, so we went to the bank and got it all sorted out.
We went back to her house and watched various shows on History Channel!
And then I came home and finished some studying and wrote out my speech for tomorrow.
So.. That's my day!

2/24- Hot Tub- Part 2
Today!
I slept!
Only until about noon.
Which I'm surprised about.
I fell asleep at around 5:30 in the morning..
But 7 hours was enough to wake up.
But on a weekday, I fall asleep at 2, get up at 10 or so, and I'm MORE tired than I usually am.
Whaaaaaat?
I don't understand.
Anyway.
I played some Call of Duty today!
Quite a bit.
I made random classes for the hell of it, because I didn't really care about my kill:death ratio.
I mean, I still don't.
Not a lot.
The classes were mainly for the "fun" factor.
However, now I'm actually trying to do well.
Which means I'm hitting about 1.50 as my k:d every match.
Which isn't fantastic.
I'm NOT that great at Call of Duty.
Seriously.
Any video game talent I have is in racing or fighting games.
Although hundreds of hours on Street Fighter has gotten my player prediction pretty good.
Like watching a guy sprint from cover to cover, and picking the right grenade, how long to cook it, how far to throw it, when to throw it, and where to aim, then where to charge with my shotgun.
I'm good at that kind of stuff.
But certainly not top-tier.
I will learn!
After my daily dose of video games, I went over to Taylor's house, and we watched some random TV, then went off to the hot tub again.
That was very comfy.
I did the thing where you get in the hot tub, go lay on the snow, then get back in the hot tub.
SHEEEEEEEE didn't though.
I was quite disappoint.
But I threw snow at her, so it kind of evened itself out.
After the hot tub, we ran to King Sooper's to get our dinner.
I bought us some Mountain Dew and Doritos for approximately $3.25, and she bought the actual food.
Celery, strawberries, and some chicken.
So we had actual food in there! Vegetables, fruit, protein, and.. Chips and soda.
All the food groups right there.
We watched the Nightmare Before Christmas in BLU-RAYYYYYYYY!
She owns the normal and blu-ray versions, but she doesn't have a blu-ray player.
So we watched it on my laptop. Tiny little 1366x768 screen.
Hopefully we'll watch it on a real TV sometime soon.
Hmm.
Oh! Then we watched the Disney Atlantis movies.
Nostalgia right to the face during that movie.
So today, we're working out and then we're going to watch El Dorado, Hercules, and Atlantis 2.
Someday, we're going to have a Disney marathon.
On a weekend or something.
Well, that's my day.
I'm going to sleep now.
Gotta get some sleep.

2/23- Call of Duty all day erry day.
Today was your average "Nolan weekend day".
I woke up and drove over to Taylor's first thing in the morning, and we hung out and talked a bit while she got ready for work, as she didn't feel 100% fantastic, and didn't really feel like being alone.
After she went off to work, I basically... Spent the day playing Black Ops II.
It was really fun.
I figured out that I'm a fan of the "Run and knife" tactic.
Basically, you..
Run.
And..
Knife.
I mean, I use a shotgun or an SMG along with the knife.
Although I've taken it upon myself to just use this pistol along with the knife.
Like a man.
Eventually, she came home from work.
So I drove off to get some ice cream for us, because she wasn't having the best day.
We ate ice cream and sat around in her room while we watched Pawn Stars.
Now, I still make fun of that show.
Because.. Seriously.
It's a "reality show" about a pawn shop.
I enjoy watching it because there are some pretty cool things that show up in the shop!
And you learn various facts about random stuff you didn't even know existed.
I can't think of a good example at the moment.
But I'll find one.
I convinced her to come over so we could watch 21 Jump Street, because she was in the mood for some laughs.
Well, we both were needing some humor.
Needless to say, it was a hit.
We ate ice cream and watched it.
Hilarious.
Then we ended up watching tons of Youtube videos.
We laughed quite a bit, and it kind of hurt her diaphragm because she laughed too hard.
So we ended the night by watching some Rugrats in her room, and I just got home.
Listening to some Paramore, finishing this blog, checking my email.. All that stuff.
I'm going to play some Call of Duty before bed though.
I feel the need to shoot guns and make things explode.

2/22- Friday!
Excellent!
Friday!
It's the weekend.
Thank god.
Every week, I look forward to the weekend more and more.
Not sure why.
Hmph.
Well, class was class.
Came home, played video games, waited until Taylor got back.
We went off to go on adventures as usual!
First off, we went to Ihop.
Because last time, I paid for our meal.
But today was payday, so she paid.
Very good food.
Hash browns, bacon, scrambled eggs, and chocolate chip pancakes.
Yum.
We drove up and down College for a bit, checking out the cars.
Well, mostly me talking.
Because she said it was "adorable" and "cute" because I just got SO into talking about cars!
She said it was because I'm so passionate about it and watching my eyes light up while I explain what
anti-lag does in a rally car, and how it relates to the turbo on the engine.
So I kind of liked that.. Not many people have the patience to listen to me rant on about cars and engines and such, and definitely not smile at me while I do that.
After driving, we went to Wal-Mart for more adventures!
This one was full of nail polish, clothes, and smelling candles.
In fact, I came home with a candle for $1.50.
"Sun Splashed".
It smells good!
I just.. You know..
Need to light it.
I'm far too lazy to go find a lighter though.
I will do it later.
Oh!
A friend picked up Black Ops II for me on Steam.
I'm off to try that out then go to sleep.

2/21- Camera, Hot Tub, Harry Potter. Good evening.
Today was passable!
Class... Classes.
Notes, listening to speeches, all that fun stuff.
After classes, I picked up Taylor and we headed off to Old Town to take some pictures!
We managed to get a few before.. Her batteries died.
She was not very happy about that, as we both kind of were excited to take pictures.
Also, come here and like her Facebook page!

We walked around Old Town and browsed some shops and laughed over stupid stuff.
We managed to find this print of an Ansel Adams photo, and we picked it up for her, and took it home.
I think it helped a bit! She definitely smiled a bit more afterwards.
We headed back to her house and went to the apartment hot tub.
That was nice. Very.. Warm.
Shocking, right?
Haven't been in a hot tub for a long time.
After drying off, we went to Wal-Mart to pick up some shampoo for me, because I ran out.
We finished off the evening by watching the last part of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, because we didn't finish the movie yesterday.
And that's my day!
Right now, I'm listening to Mumford & Sons, eating some pretzels, and studying.
I'm off to bed in a few.

2/18- I'm a fabulous model. *Hair flip*
Today was good!
It's kind of nice, having something to watch to relax, then go to sleep.
I had class, which was.. Ya know. Class.
I looked at my grades I got on my tests recently, and I was quite pleased. Mostly.
I got a 58% on my history test, which was.. To be expected. I'm not happy about it.
I had no idea how he wrote tests. But I didn't completely fail!
But anyway.
On my psychology exam, I got a 90%! Very happy with that.
And a 75% on my environmental psychology exam, which I'm pretty proud of, considering I didn't really know how she wrote her tests either.
So overall, I didn't do horribly.
Haven't failed anything yet.
But I'm happy that I understand how the history teacher writes his stuff.
Now I know how to study for that.
After class, I went and picked up Taylor from her house, and we went to a couple places.
We went out and took some pictures by a river!
Here's some of them.
It was really fun.
I got to pretend to be a model!
I liked these pictures too. They looked really good.
Then we went down to American Furniture Warehouse to go bed shopping!
There were quite a few cool and comfy ones .
Very comfy.
After that, we went to Cafe Mexicali. She's never been there!
So we split a burrito, which.. Kind of filled us up.
We went home, where we watched the rest of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on very full stomachs.

So now I'm getting comfortable in my basement, still watching Futurama.

2/17-I think I slept for around 14 hours today.
Yup.. I pretty much I slept for about 14 hours today.
It's kinda crazy.
I fell asleep at 5, woke up at 12, ate some cereal, went to bed, woke up at 4, ate some cereal, went to bed, woke up at 7.
So.
After that, I basically sat around and played some video games and did some studying.
Mostly games.
But I studied!
So there!
Taylor came over a bit later and we watched some Harry Potter until we got tired, and I just dropped her off.
Now I'm blogging and watching Futurama.
I'm sleeping in the basement again.. It's comfy!
The big sleeping bag pile with big blankets are awesome.
My bed is so small.
However!
Taylor is buying a new bed sometime soon, so I get her old one!
I'm so excited! It's a very comfortable and big bed.
I can't wait!
I get to reorganize my room at the same time.
I've been meaning to readjust my bed and stuff.
That should be fun.

2/16- I could pretty much be a delivery driver.
I spent a very large portion of my day in my car!
But I'm not complaining about that.
It was really fun.
Let's see..
I spent the first half of my day in the basement playing Marvel Vs. Capcom.
Still working on my team. All I know is Taskmaster and Doom. Not sure about the middle one.
However, I've been craving Street Fighter. So I'll most likely be switching back to that for a while.
After playing that, I went to drop off some medication that Taylor left over at my house.
So down to Loveland! To visit and give her that stuffs.
I ended up actually hanging out there all evening. We talked and joked when she wasn't busy, then I wandered around that general area until her next break, when I got to play delivery driver and haul ass down to Starbucks to pick her up some coffee! I drove pretty fast. But at a reasonable speed.
Vroom. I'm exciting.
I went home to play some games and relax again. After she got off of work, I went and picked her up and we came to my house to eat some dinner.
However, we craved donuts, so we dashed down to King Sooper's to get donuts.
Sadly, they didn't have any donuts.
We bought a $2.35 thing of popcorn chicken though. We chowed down on that and watched Harry Potter.
She fell asleep about 10 minutes into the movie.
I woke her up after the movie, and we drove around town for a bit until we got tired, so I drove her home.
Now, I'm sitting all comfy in the basement in my bed of sleeping bags and blankets, blogging.

2/15-I've been up for a little more than 48 hours. I'm kinda dizzy.
Well!
It has been an exciting 48 hours.
When I left you last, I was at Taylor's house, watching various stuffs on TV.
After she headed to sleep, I went home and decided to pull an all-nighter.
I mean, I had two exams today.
In a row.
And they both were pretty scary.
So I've basically had approximately 2 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours.
I'm a little dizzy.
But I made it through the tests, thankfully.
The history one.. Didn't go well.
Not really.
But the psychology one was good!
And by "good", I mean it wasn't that bad. I think I did alright.
I made it through that test, and I pretty much mentally checked out for my next class.
About 1/3 of the class actually showed up, so it was easy.
Although I mentally wasn't there, I still paid attention and took notes.
As SOON as class was out, I basically hauled ass home.
I sat around and played some Marvel Vs. Capcom. Still working on finding my ideal team.
Taskmaster as my main, with Doctor Doom as support, and I'm still deciding on my cleanup character.
I will let you know when I figure out this important stuff.
Then I headed down to visit Taylor at work!
Annnnnnnnd I got rear-ended!
On College. I was driving down the road, and someone in front of me stopped fairly suddenly.
I was a little closer than I should have been, but I still had plenty of time to stop. So I did.
Started up again, and some lady behind me slammed into my car going probably 30 or 40.
Hurt my neck.
A lot.
Neck is still a little sore. But I'm okay, my car is okay, and the woman who hit me is okay too.
The crash wasn't my fault!
Winning!
Stopped by work to visit Taylor, then headed home and played some more Marvel.
She gave me a call and told me when she was headed home, so I went and took another shower, making sure to smell super fancy with my body wash.
We went and sat around at her house for a bit, then went to Ihop!
I was CRAVING some chocolate chip pancakes.
We got there expecting to buy something to share.
However, she wanted some bacon and cheese, but I wanted pancakes.
So we had both!
It was our delayed Valentine's Day dinner!
We are so very geeky and adorable.
I tried to pour out the strawberry syrup in a heart-shaped pattern.
It ended up looking like a random splash of red, but she understood and laughed anyway.
We went back to my house and watched the last Harry Potter movie!
There were a few times where I didn't exactly understand something in the movie, and she glared at me and told me to read the books.
So I asked if I could borrow the Harry Potter books, but she glared at me and told me to finish the Hunger Games..
Today after work, she's bringing the first few Harry Potter movies and we're going to watch those!
And then on Sunday, we're going to go take long-exposure pictures of various stuffs.
Overall, today was fantastic.
And tomorrow, I get to spend even more time with her, watching more movies.
I'm pretty excited!
However, right now,
I'm going to pass out and sleep forever.

2/14- Valentine's Day!
Today was a day.
As always.
Time generally passes.
And stuff.
I woke up and went to class.
Speech class was interesting, and I liked it!
I mean, I like the class. The professor is fun and entertaining. She's actually interested in what she's teaching, and she teaches with a passion.
She's also pretty funny.
Granted, she talks like a teenage girl sometimes, but it's generally in an ironic fashion.
At least I hope it is.
Next period I had my first test in Environmental Psychology.
I was pretty scared. I mean, I have no idea how the professor writes tests or quizzes, because we never had anything graded before.
And all she really taylor was here.
Also, Taylor was here.
In case you didn't notice the "taylor was here" in the middle of the sentence.
But as I was saying. The professor basically just told us to study "bold-faced and italic terms", so it was a little scary and broad. I think I did decently. not fantastically, but I don't think I failed it.
I hope I didn't.
Pretty much right after class, I went to Taylor's house, and we got ready to go to Greeley to visit her soon-to-be apartment, and meet her roommates. It was a long drive, but totally worth it!
I liked them a lot, and the house itself is pretty awesome.
Then we headed home after that, and we've been at her house ever since.
We're currently sitting back and browsing the TV, finding good stuff to watch.
She invaded my blog by saying "taylor was here"!

2/13- I have a Valentine!
So it's actually Valentine's Day!
I mean, it's the 14th right now.
But I'm blogging about the 13th.
You know how it is.
"Tomorrow" is whenever I wake up.
So to me, it's still Wednesday right now.
But anyway.
Today was.. Eh.
I slept through my History class, which horrified me. I have a test Friday.
Well, I have two tests Friday.
I'm scared witless of the History one. Because I don't know how he writes his tests.
I.. Yeah. Scared.
I also have a Psychology test that day. That one I'm not as scared of.
I mean, still scared and stressed.
But the Psych one seems less scary to me.
I'm still gonna study my ass off, but it's less horrifying.
Class was class. As usual.
After class, I got home and started studying for my other Psych test tomorrow.
I stopped by Lowe's to visit Taylor on her break and get some Starbucks, and that was fun!
I went back home and continued studying.
And by studying, I mean I copied down a massive amount of terms on flashcards, because that's basically what the professor recommended.
It's my first test there as well, I don't know how she writes anything.
Hooray surprises!
Then Taylor came over! We did some laundry, then went to the basement to watch movies and eat donuts.
Because donuts.
We tried to watch Perks of Being a Wallflower, but the video kept messing up.
We watched Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story.
Absolutely HYSTERICAL.
It had so many actors and actresses I love!
I'm too lazy to list them all off.
Go look it up yourself.
Lazy.
So!
When I wake up, it will be Valentine's Day.
And for the first time in 20 years...
I have a legitimate Valentine.
A girl that I'm infatuated with, who I like, and who likes me BACK.
This is madness.
A real Valentine. I love it!
We're going down to Greeley to check out the apartment that she'll be moving into eventually, and hang out with her soon-to-be roommates.
I'm excited!
Well, I'm going to go back to reading notecards.
Here's the song I'm in love with right now.
For some reason, when Carly goes "Woo!" something in my heart.. I don't know. Skips?
It just makes me feel something. Not sure what. But it's good.

2/12- Look at your man, now back at me.
So that body wash I got yesterday?
Old Spice.
How do I feel?
The tickets are now diamonds.
I'm on a horse.
That's how I feel.
Today was a day.
Classes, eww, woohoo.
Came home, did some studying and reading for my next test.
Actually, I have three tests this week.
One Thursday, two Friday.
When it rains, it pours.
Well, unless it's only sprinkling.
Then.. No, it's not pouring.
But anyway.
But anyway.
I'm not too excited about three tests in two days.
Ah well.
Now we get to see how good my study methods are.
Then I went to Taylor's, and basically spent the evening there.
I kind of.. Locked my keys in my car when I got there around.. 5:30.
My mom dropped by and lent me the extra key around 11, so Taylor and I FINALLY got to go to Wendy's and get some food.
We spent the evening watching Youtube videos, cracking immature jokes, watching various stuff on TV, and just relaxing.
It was a fantastic day.
Now, I'm going to go back to finishing my studying for the night.

2/11- I'm going to punch your face.. IN THE FACE.
Ah yes, the long-awaited AsdfMovie 6.
Just as amazing as ever.
I love that stuff.
Today was a normal day, nothing super-special.
Classes were classes.
Came home from class and sat around and did some reading, then Taylor sleep-texted me and asked me to come over as fast as I could.
So I woke up a very confused Taylor who wondered why I was even there.
But we put in The Woman In Black, because she vowed to make me watch it.
It wasn't too bad!
I mean, creepy as hell. But not too bad.
And a decent plot!
It was pretty cool.
Not something I'd watch again for fun, but still a good movie.
Then we galloped away dramatically to Wendy's, because food was necessary.
We ordered very high quality food off of the famous "Dollar Menu", and it was quite good.
She bought me a burger and a Frosty because "I need to eat because I look like a twig."
She's the only person who's gotten me to eat food pretty easily.
I mean, aside from mom when she makes yakisoba, but that's a given.
After our gourmet meal, we were off to Wal-Mart to get some grocery shopping done.
She got some various foods and drinks, and I picked up some new body wash!
Now, I've never owned body wash in my entire life.
But I just used it, and damn. I smell quite fancy.
We just sat around at my house afterwards, playing Sims 3 and Marvel Vs. Capcom, respectively.
And.. That's really it!
I'm off to bed.
Well, I have to read a bit. Then bed.

2/10- On Wednesdays, we wear pink.
Ha!
I get that joke in the title now!
Taylor and I watched Mean Girls today.
I can't believe I've never seen it!
And plus, it has Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in it.
A couple of my favorite actresses.
It was hilarious, I adored it.
So as usual, I basically spent the day doing nothing.
Actually!
I learned a lot of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 today.
And I studied for 2 hours or so.
Then I got Wendy's, went to Taylor's and hung out for a bit. She had to go back to Lowe's for a cashier meeting, so I went home and got my studying done while I waited for her to get back.
Then she came over and we watched Mean Girls!
Hilarious.
It's surprising. I get annoyed with people very easily.
But we've hung out every day for a week or two, and I have yet to get angry or even bothered by her.
It's cool though, having someone like that.
We tried our hands at giving the "Overly Attached Girlfriend" face..
I think we pulled it off pretty well.
And! Also!
So generally when she went home for the night, we'd.. Emotionally fall apart.
Not because of each other or anything. But because we didn't have anything to really focus on to stay happy or anything.
But we've solved that.
Since she generally is coming to MY house, when we take her home, we just sit in her bed, watching something on TV, playing Angry Birds, or some little stuff like that.
Which really helps. Because it helps relax both of us.
I get to see her start falling asleep, which makes me feel much better, knowing that she's doing alright before bed.
And it helps me because it gives me something happy to think about before I go home.
Now, I still have little emotional road bumps.
Like now, for instance.
I'm getting assaulted by my own mind and remembering stuff and over thinking more stuff.
But I'm going to distract myself until I fall asleep.
I've got a couple job applications to fill out so I can turn them in tomorrow.
SO I shall stay busy.
I feel better that I studied. I need to keep that up every day.
I reviewed a bit of everything.
Hmm.
Oh!
So Kevin's post for today on his blog was really, really awesome.
He's a phenomenal photographer, and I genuinely like looking at his pictures.
Check it out! He's got some really good photos on his blog.
That's probably it for now..

2/9- Expecto Patronum!
Today was quite a good day.
Taylor sent me about... 16 text messages around 7:30 or so.
So I woke up pretty fast.
Annnnnd went back to sleep.
But we had a mini-conversation!
And I was half asleep! So it sounds pretty interesting.
But anyway.
I slept a lot. Until like 1? Or so.
After that, I.. Ya know. Hung out. Did nothing.
Taylor and I went to Starbucks a bit later.
And also, impulse tattoo!
She got this tattoo right here.
Interestingly enough, I actually... Really like it.
I mean, it's got a story.
From Harry Potter.
For those of you who don't know, here's the mini-abridged version.
There are things called Dementors that steal your soul and make you very depressed.
By focusing on a single happy thought, and doing all you can to make that the main thought in your mind, you cast the patronus, which kicks out the Dementors and brings a feeling of well-being, and makes you.. Not depressed.
For the first time in my life, I have a place to go if I have a panic attack.
Either I can call her, or if it gets really, really bad, I can go see her, assuming she's not at work.
But.. I've had a couple panic attacks, and she was there.
She held me each time, told me to breathe, and talked to me to calm me down.
But for that to really work, to get a way out of a panic attack, you need to focus on a single thought.
So.. We might get matching expecto patronum tattoos.
Because it's something that actually means something to me now. It's going to be in the same spot, so on the inside of my bicep, so it's not super-obvious, and so it's still above business shirt line.
Like I've said, all my tattoos are going to mean something.
And this one.. Well, I love the idea of it. Because I'm learning to take a single thing to focus on, to really do to make myself calm down.
Also, it was $50, so it's not too bad at all.
If I ever get money, I'll probably do that.
After, we came over to my house and just sat around, her playing Sims, and me playing Marvel Vs Capcom 3.
Then I had a panic attack.
And then we got me through it!
Then played Sims more!
So overall.. I had a pretty good day!
And it's a Saturday!

So I woke up pretty fast.
Annnnnd went back to sleep.
But we had a mini-conversation!
And I was half asleep! So it sounds pretty interesting.
But anyway.
I slept a lot. Until like 1? Or so.
After that, I.. Ya know. Hung out. Did nothing.
Taylor and I went to Starbucks a bit later.
And also, impulse tattoo!
She got this tattoo right here.
Interestingly enough, I actually... Really like it.
I mean, it's got a story.

For those of you who don't know, here's the mini-abridged version.
There are things called Dementors that steal your soul and make you very depressed.
By focusing on a single happy thought, and doing all you can to make that the main thought in your mind, you cast the patronus, which kicks out the Dementors and brings a feeling of well-being, and makes you.. Not depressed.
For the first time in my life, I have a place to go if I have a panic attack.
Either I can call her, or if it gets really, really bad, I can go see her, assuming she's not at work.
But.. I've had a couple panic attacks, and she was there.
She held me each time, told me to breathe, and talked to me to calm me down.
But for that to really work, to get a way out of a panic attack, you need to focus on a single thought.
So.. We might get matching expecto patronum tattoos.
Because it's something that actually means something to me now. It's going to be in the same spot, so on the inside of my bicep, so it's not super-obvious, and so it's still above business shirt line.
Like I've said, all my tattoos are going to mean something.
And this one.. Well, I love the idea of it. Because I'm learning to take a single thing to focus on, to really do to make myself calm down.
Also, it was $50, so it's not too bad at all.
If I ever get money, I'll probably do that.
After, we came over to my house and just sat around, her playing Sims, and me playing Marvel Vs Capcom 3.
Then I had a panic attack.
And then we got me through it!
Then played Sims more!
So overall.. I had a pretty good day!
And it's a Saturday!

2/8- I took a test!
Today was decent.
Went to class, took a test, I don't think I did too badly.
After class, I headed down to Lowes to say hi to Taylor!
Came home, sat around.. Lazy..
Then Taylor dropped by, and we watched Dark Shadows.
Ben came over as well!
After the movie, I dropped Taylor off at home.
But.. Things got worse. So I went home to pick up my laptop, and I came back to just hang out for a couple hours or so.
I apologized to Ben, and he went home.
Taylor and I sat around and listened to music, played funny games, watched some Family Guy.. Etc.
I went home a bit ago, so now I'm watching various things on Netflix.
Hopefully, I'll be dropping by to say hi to Taylor again at work, because.. Well, I know how bad a day can be. So hopefully I can draw out a smile or two.
But that assumes I can wake up at 9:30...
I'm hoping I can.
But if I don't.. I'll feel bad.
I'm gonna still try!

2/7- Quite an emotional day.
Today had its ups and downs.
Mostly ups.
But there were a few very intense, but short down periods.
Speech class was basically the same as always.
Read some notes, took notes, listened to a couple speeches, talked about speech topics.
After class, I went home. Shocking, right?
I picked up Taylor a bit later, and we went to my house for a little bit, then dashed off to King Sooper's because we desperately needed cheese.
So we bought cheese!
Went home, started to eat some, and put in Coraline.
Really cool movie!
About halfway through, we got emotional, and we had another venting session, full of crying and hugging.
We got through it, and looked at some cute pictures of animals on /r/aww, and it helped a lot!
And off we went to King Sooper's again to get some coffee, and dinner.
We had some small shenanigans running around King Sooper's, got our food, and headed home.
When we got home.. Yeah, I collapsed into a sobbing mess. There was a lot going on in my head.
And for the first time in a long long time, I.. I wasn't alone while I cried.
I mean, not just tears. Full-out sobbing and gasping. And she just held me and helped me through it.
I don't think I've ever felt more cared for than I did at that point.
Once again, we got through it, and had some laughs, made some dinner, and ended the night watching Nightmare Before Christmas, her playing Sims, and me studying.
It was a fantastic night.
But I can't sleep. Not right now.
I've learned that if I'm asleep by 4, I'll actually be fine in the morning.
I tend to go to bed earlier, but I know that 4 is the deadline.
Anything past that doesn't go well.
Well, I'm done with blogging right now.

2/6- Horrible start to the day, decent middle, great end.
Well, the beginning of the day was horrid.
I mean, I woke up on time and stuff.
Got to history class...
I missed my homework.
I thought I had it a different day. Turns out it was due today.
I was very, very frustrated.
But!
I got a 95% on the quiz, so.. That's a good feeling.
The rest of the school day was nothing special.
I have my first test in my Logic class on Friday..
Nervous as hell. I need to re-read pretty much everything and make sure I understand it.
I don't necessarily like the professor's teaching style, but I have to deal with it.
So I plan on getting a lot of studying done tomorrow.
I picked up Taylor at her house after her work shift, around 6:30 or so.
We went to Starbucks to pick up a Green Tea Latte for her, then headed to my house.
I had set up Sims 3 on my laptop because she really really wanted to play it.
So she played Sims while I studied. Then I started playing on my 3DS, and also put Family Guy on the TV so we had something to fill in silences.
It.. Was awesome.
We just sat there.
Eventually she actually sat back and put the laptop on her lap, so I put a book on my lap along with a mouse pad so she could actually use the mouse.
I've never really had the chance to play video games with a girl that I was... Interested in. A girl that I really, really like. Granted, she's not the hardcore gamer that I am.
But damn, she definitely has a "gamer mode."
She reached that point where she put her hair up, put on glasses, and got maybe a foot or so away from the screen, and didn't talk much. But concentrated on the game, and even gave me a couple glares when I tried to interrupt her by saying something.
I absolutely love it! I'm not the only one that can play video games with a level of intensity!
So we basically hooked our arms together and played video games while making stupid comments and jokes for.. A long time. About midnight, we went upstairs to make some Yaki Soba!
My mom taught me how to make it, and Taylor sat by laughing at me, because I was making food that was more complicated than just microwaving it.
So as payback, I forced her to try and learn to use chop sticks. Which..
She did decently! She got a few mouthfuls of noodles using chop sticks, then kind of dropped them.
I allowed her to use a fork, just because I'm a nice person.
She fell asleep when we were watching Family guy around 2 or so, and I got pretty close to passing out.
She woke up and said that her neck hurt, so I moved off the couch into my little corner of the room.
At about 3:10 or so, I woke her up and said that we should probably take her home to get some sleep.
"Psst.. Taylor."
"Mmm what."
"I should take you home soon so you can sleep in your own bed."
"Ugh I'm comfy."
"When do you have work tomorrow?"
"I'm off tomorrow."
"Oh! You want to sleep on the couch tonight? I'll head up to my room if you want."
"Yes. Sounds good."
At that point, I picked up my laptop and started to leave the room.
".... Nolan."
"Yes?"
"I wanna go home."
"Alright."
"It's going to be cold outside...."
"Yes, yes it is."
Annnnnnnd I took her home.
The car was frosted over, but I tossed a heavy coat at her, so she didn't freeze on the way home.
And I managed to get to her apartment and back before I got frostbite!
I absolutely love the fact that it takes me maybe 4 minutes to take her home.
It means that she can stay over until 2 or 3 in the morning.
I'm not very warm or toasty. Hmm.
I just needed to finish my blog.
I'm going to go curl up in my bed right now. I'm a little chillly.
Hopefully tomorrow is alright.
It's getting closer to Saturday, which means it's getting closer to our trip to Estes to take pictures!
Alright, I'm off to bed.

2/5- Apparently, I can sing.
Today was a day!
Classes, nothing special.
After classes, I went home and took a shower, because Taylor and I were going to hang out!
I kind of rushed over, still wearing my pajama pants and a hastily-thrown on sweatshirt.
So we just took a couple hours of sitting and talking, with a venting session.
After that, we headed off to Starbucks, where I bought us some coffee and hot chocolate.
Then she bought us McDonald's.
And we sat in the car and sang to various songs, mostly Paramore.
And... I actually sang.
I mean, I actually put effort into singing a song.
I've never sung that way in front of anyone. Ever.
I find it pretty awesome that I'm so comfortable around her that I can actually use my voice that way.
It's.. Fun! I've never liked singing, but I did when we sang together.
Hopefully I can do that again sometime.
We had another fantastic Wal-Mart adventure!
Lots of running around. We even saw someone who looked like Carrot Top, so she loudly proclaimed "Is that Carrot Top??"
He turned around, along with his girl friend.
We pretty much flipped out and hid underneath some sweatshirts.
We headed home and just hung out, looking at funny pictures and such.
I just got home.
It was a very good day.
So.. I'm off to bed.

2/4- Yesterday was an adventure day!
Oopsies. Didn't write my blog at the normal time.
Oh well.
Yesterday was awesome!
Class was.. Class. Nothing special there.
After class, I had a mini-interview at Chipotle, and they should be calling today and telling me if I should come in for a second interview. I'm hoping I get the job.
I need a social life.
I headed over to Taylor's house around 5 or 5:15, after the interview.
We sat around the house for a little bit, then headed out to.. Do random stuff.
Ah yes! I remember. We went off to Taste of Philly, and she bought a philly cheesesteak and we split it. Delicious food.
We walked around Old Town for a bit after that.
First we went to Rocket Fizz, a cute little candy store!
It was pretty awesome. We got a bunch of stuff.
She got 4 bottles of soda, and I bought 10 pieces of taffy, a box of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, because we were feeling very Harry Potter-ish, and a bag of green apple hard candies.
And each of us spent about $5. Good deal!
We sat around in the Old Town square, which was pretty much completely empty, because it was a school night. So we had the square to ourselves, except for some various older couples walking around.
We ended up eating the whole box of the Every Flavour Beans.
Including the disgusting ones.. Like earwax, vomit, dirt... Etc.
We split them in half and took them at the same time.
We basically just spit them out and had to chug the drinks after every one.
So that was fun!
It got dark pretty quickly.
We have our list of things to do, and we crossed one off the list.
We went to Bingham Cemetary when it was pretty much pitch dark.
It also took maybe 15 minutes to try and find it first.. But we found it!
I'd been there before in the day time with Jessi, so I was already familiar with the way it looked.
But at night? Damn.
I kept saying that we should go back, because it was really creepy, but at least I had a flashlight.
So we took our time walking slowly, hand in hand, being very creeped out.
Suddenly, she started yelling and pulling me back down the path.
So we ran freaking out back to my car.
We got in the car and figured out exactly what happened.
She heard a stick crack, and saw some sort of shadow somewhere, then felt like we were being watched.
I kind of got a glimpse of some sort of shadow, and I definitely felt like we were being watched from all around us.
That was.. Fun. And we finally got to cross it off the list, with great flourishing fancy-ness.
At least we don't have to do that again.. Freaky shit there.
So to calm down, we went to the library. She needed to pick up a book she reserved, and I got her to get a book from the Redwall series. And apparently, Brian Jacques had a couple more books that I hadn't read! Hooray! Children's books! Great series though.
We went back to her house, and opened all 3 of the other bottles that we had bought in Old Town.
And I suggested we do shots!
It was really, really cool. She's not someone who parties or anything, so.. Our non-alcoholic shots were pretty awesome. It was really really fun!
Until we actually drank them.
Each drink was worst than the last.
Nasty. So we ate some of the hard candies and complained about how disgusting those drinks were.
We watched Edward Scissorhands!
But during the movie.. Well, things got emotional. We had a venting session and talked about some stuff that had been bothering us. Lots of crying involved. On both ends. Granted, I didn't make it obvious, but I was pretty much holding them all back the entire time we were talking.
So we sat just watching the movie, and I asked if there was anything that we could do that would help, and she said she wanted a cooked dinner.
Now, it wasn't very fancy. When we went to Wal-Mart, we picked up one of those bag dinners that you just put on a skillet and stir until it gets good.
But I'm still counting it as cooking a dinner for a girl!
Easy, BUT IT COUNTS.
So I started that, and she came out to the kitchen, and we basically just sat laughing at random stuff. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Our abs were killing us so much that laughing just started hurting more than it was funny. But gladly, we both have hilarious laughs that just make us laugh even more.
I ended up cleaning the skillet and bowl, and dried them off to put back in the cupboard.
She kept telling me that I didn't need to, but I did anyway. I made dinner, so I cleaned up.
We sat back down and started watching Superhero Movie, from the same people that made the Scary Movies. Annnnnnnnnnnd passed out.
I spent the night over there. I'm glad I set my alarm, I managed to wake up in time to go home and get ready for class, about the same time that she was getting ready for work.
And that's why I didn't get the chance to blog.
That's my excuse, and I think it works! Seems legit.
Overall, yesterday was pretty amazing. I had more fun than I have in a very long time.
Getting scared at a cemetery in the night, eating disgusting jelly beans, doing fake shots from disgusting soda drinks, pretending like I'm a master chef.. Fantastic day.
Now today... I'm not doing so well today.
At all.
I'm really.. Just not happy. I've been over-thinking everything.
Emotions are all over the place.
My head hurts. So many feelings. It's getting stressful.
I feel like crying my eyes out, and I just need a hug.
So I'm hoping I can feel better today.
I need to focus. If I can make myself happier.. I can make others happier.
If I can keep a smile on my face, I can put a smile on her face.
I don't want to spend another day crying.
I like to analyze what I'm feeling and how I could change it.
I'm just nervous to change what I'm feeling right now.
It's.. Very complicated.
But!
To end on a positive note..
This weekend has been one of the most fun I've ever had.
We crossed something off our list, and did a bunch of other fun stuff.
I look forward to crossing some more stuff off..
We have a great page of adventures we need to finish, so hopefully we can get that done by the time we're 40!
Because there's some pretty expensive stuff on there. Like.. Going to Australia. And Italy. And France.
So that might happen someday.
There's still stuff we can accomplish in this year though!
Should keep us busy for a while.
Well... That's probably it for now.
I'm hoping I can smile a bit more today.
It's going to be so difficult, but maybe I can get it done.

Overall, yesterday was pretty amazing. I had more fun than I have in a very long time.
Getting scared at a cemetery in the night, eating disgusting jelly beans, doing fake shots from disgusting soda drinks, pretending like I'm a master chef.. Fantastic day.
Now today... I'm not doing so well today.
At all.
I'm really.. Just not happy. I've been over-thinking everything.
Emotions are all over the place.
My head hurts. So many feelings. It's getting stressful.
I feel like crying my eyes out, and I just need a hug.
So I'm hoping I can feel better today.
I need to focus. If I can make myself happier.. I can make others happier.
If I can keep a smile on my face, I can put a smile on her face.
I don't want to spend another day crying.
I like to analyze what I'm feeling and how I could change it.
I'm just nervous to change what I'm feeling right now.
It's.. Very complicated.
But!
To end on a positive note..
This weekend has been one of the most fun I've ever had.
We crossed something off our list, and did a bunch of other fun stuff.
I look forward to crossing some more stuff off..
We have a great page of adventures we need to finish, so hopefully we can get that done by the time we're 40!
Because there's some pretty expensive stuff on there. Like.. Going to Australia. And Italy. And France.
So that might happen someday.
There's still stuff we can accomplish in this year though!
Should keep us busy for a while.
Well... That's probably it for now.
I'm hoping I can smile a bit more today.
It's going to be so difficult, but maybe I can get it done.

2/3- Oddly enough, today was also wonderful.
This weekend has been phenomenal.
Friday was amazing and I had a great time hanging out with my friends, and I met Taylor!
We hung out all of yesterday and most of today.
I drove down to Loveland to get lunch with her on her break. And by lunch, I mean we went to Starbucks.
That was fun!
Then I basically had nothing to do up until 5 or so.
So I did some homework, studied, and just sat around twiddling my thumbs.
At 5:15 or so, I went over to pick her up so we could go.. I don't know. Do whatever we felt like!
But she was exhausted, so we ended up falling asleep watching Nightmare Before Christmas.
So at 7 or so, I convinced her to wake up, because she desperately wanted some food, so we went to McDonald's and got some food.
At that point, I asked if we wanted to go and watch Edward Scissorhands like we originally planned.
However, she indignantly stated that she wanted to go on an adventure!
We headed off to Wal-Mart to have a Wal-Mart adventure!
We tried on hats, gloves, picked up 2 cases of Jones Soda, made fun of cat food labels, tried on some superhero masks, and dropped a bunch of stuff, while checking out stuffed animals and candies and such.
We are each others' Valentines this year, because neither of us have ever had a true Valentine.
We're going to go cry and eat ice cream!
After Wal-Mart, we went to City Park and ran around a bit, swinging and such.
It turned into a venting session, with some tears and hugs. We had a talk about some various stuff that we wanted to say, which I was happy about, because there were some things that needed to be said.
After we got frozen out in the cold, we went to my house to watch Frankenweenie!
It was good, but she fell asleep halfway through. She hasn't slept much, so hopefully tonight she gets some rest.
Today! I have classes, then my interview at Chipotle!!
I'm quite nervous.
Hopefully it'll go well!
OH!
Also, we came up with a couple fun things to do.
Saturday, we're going up to Estes to take pictures.
And at some point this month, we're going to get black and white clothing, put on pure black and white makeup, dress up like this picture, and hang around Old Town.
I'm so so excited! It should be fun and adorable.
Well... I'm alone right now, so all the shit I've been holding back is hitting me.
Lame. I'm going to go to sleep now, hopefully I'll have better dreams.

2/2- Today was also quite wonderful.
Hmmmm. Today.
Uhh..
Woke up around 8.
Went to bed.
Woke up around 12.
Went to bed.
Woke up at 2!
Went to bed.
Woke up at 3, actually got up.
I didn't.. Do much. I just kind of sat around. Played some Mortal Kombat, some Persona 4 Arena, and.. That's really it.
I seriously can't remember what I did all day.
Well, up until.. 4ish?
Taylor invited me over to watch some movies and such.
So I actually GOT there around.. maybe 4:15 or so. Took me a bit to find her house.
Turns out, she's approximately.. 3 minutes away by car. Yay for someone who lives really close to me!
We basically sat around watching Nightmare Before Christmas for a bit, then we decided to go to McDonald's because she had a gift card. So we picked up a couple burgers, some fries, and a McFlurry for me. We went back and kept watching the movie, then suddenly decided to go swing! So we went to this little park by my house and.. Swinged? Swung? Whatever the verb is. Then we found sticks on the ground and used them as swords. Mine was Balthazar, and hers was Tiberius. Pretty awesome.
Then we made a run to Wal-Mart, because she had no food whatsoever!
We picked up some various foodstuffs and had some fun Wal-Mart shenanigans, and she introduced me to some new music! So now I have stuff to listen to!
Also, she has some pretty awesome photography, so if you get the chance, go like her Facebook page.
Just some promotion there.
We went back and watched some Harry Potter, but she had to run an errand around 7, so I went home.
She got back at 9, so I went back over, and we started more movies. We watched a couple of the Harry Potter movies, and we ended with Deathly Hallows pt. 1.
We ended up passing out on the couch about halfway through.
So eventually, we need to re-watch that movie.
I actually just got home.
I'm kind of tired.
Today around 6 or so, she's coming here, and we have more movies we need to watch.
Edward Scissorhands, the Woman In Black, and a couple other ones.
Should be fun!
Well.. I had a fantastic night. So much smiling, my face hurts still.
I love finding a new friend, especially one that's so similar to me.
I desperately needed a new friend, and someone to hang out with. Thankfully, I found one.
Maybe this will prove to me that I can meet new people without being terrified of society!
Well, good night.
I need to get some sleep.
Tomorrow is another day, hopefully one that will be just as good as today.

2/1- Today was wonderful.
Well, correction. The day after 5PM was wonderful.
Up until then.. Horrible.
I spent the day worried and nervous because of something I had to do.
But hey.. I made it.
Up until then, I was nervous and upset.
I actually started off my Philosophy class by crying.
Not exactly how I wanted to spend it.
But.. Well, I felt better that evening.
After I did what I was scared of, I felt a little better.
I headed off to the movies at 6:45 or so. I was originally planning on being there at 6:45, but I kind of lost track of time.
But I got there.
Connor, Riley, Taylor and I were all the ones who went to see the movie "Warm Bodies."
I.. Loved it.
It's a zombie movie, but it's the perfect date movie. That's not just me saying it, that's from a couple girls that walked out of the movie.
It's so so adorable!
It's easily rocketed up to my top 5 movies along with The Grey and.. I don't know. Other movies.
I'm not focused enough to think about that.
But anyway.
Lizzi, Ashley, Ashley's boyfriend Levi, and Sara all went to my house after the movie.
We just hung out, played games, and just.. Sat around and talked.
I loved it. I got to talk with my friends I hadn't seen in a while, and we all met someone new.
Unlike my last birthday party, not everyone knew each other.
I mean, Lizzi, Sara and Ashley all knew each other, but that's really it.
The main thing they all had in common was being my friend.
It was a great night.
It thinned out a bit, with Riley, Connor, Taylor and I just sitting around, playing some games.
Riley left, so Taylor, Connor and I started watching The Hunger Games, because Taylor really really wanted to see it, and I was totally down to see it.
About halfway in, Connor left because he had to get home.
And Taylor left about.. 15 minutes ago.
It's interesting..
We met about 9 hours ago, but we both feel like we've been friends for a long time.
It's a very different feeling. I mean.. I feel like I've known her for a long time.
So I made a very, very wonderful friend tonight.
We both are in.. Similar situations at the moment.
We're both emotionally stressed out, we're both confused by our own feelings for other people, and we are.. Pretty stretched thin.
But I really needed a friend like her.
I can see parts of me in her, and we both relate to each other on a whole new level than any of my other friends.
We've also started a list of movies to see, because both of us haven't seen some big movies.
She hasn't seen Star Wars or Lord of the Rings, I haven't seen Edward Scissorhands.
So Sunday, we're going to watch some movies in the afternoon, then go to Old Town to get a certain type of soda that she recommended, then coming back to watch a few more movies.
Then Monday, we're going to watch a couple more.
I.. I don't know. I really like her. Obviously we just really met, but I feel a stronger connection with her than most people I know.
I tend to get interested in people easily, in case you haven't noticed.
So I'm keeping myself objective, and I'm not getting my hopes up over anything until we've hung out more.
But.. Yeah. I like her.
All in all, today was fantastic.
Beginning, not so much.
The rest of it.. Awesome.
I'm getting tired, so I'm going to bed.
Hopefully the weekend will contine being awesome.
